Our Programs

Our training workshops and seminars are tailored to address the most current needs of participants. Using innovative practical training techniques, we provide resources and tools geared towards advancing, refining and enhancing the capacity of participants. Our training programs are part of our Leadership Summit with the primary goal of delivering training modules that lead to actionable outcomes by participants.

The Women in Law Mentoring Partnership provides a formalized networking opportunity for women in law to support each other. The Mentoring Partnership is open to all women working across various legal professions. Law students and early career professionals are especially encouraged to apply. Through our Next Generation Mentoring Program, we are focusing on mentoring young girls as a means for creating a pipeline of women for future legal positions. Support our Next Generation Mentoring Program by volunteering as a mentor or donating to

our NexGen Fund

Our research unit is poised to advance knowledge on current legal developments across a wide range of fields and topics. Our research unit falls under our interdisciplinary Legal Scholars Network which consists of a group of expert academics and researchers advancing our knowledge on a variety of socio-legal issues. Through the research unit, we meet our client

needs by producing theoretically grounded and methodologically appropriate research such as:

  • Publication of scholarly academic research

  • Commissioned reports and working papers that feed into policy making

  • Country reports and memos

  • Working papers

  • Other research as may be needed by our clients

Our advisory unit aims to ensure that our clients receive the most up to date information and services. We take time to understand the individual needs of our clientele as a means to generating tailor-made solutions. The advisory services we provide include expert opinions on a range of legal issues. Our affiliated experts are highly skilled individuals in their areas of expertise and can provide advisory opinions for a diverse range of local and international client needs. Our experts are domestically grounded with broad knowledge base in current and ongoing developments across different  jurisdictions.

At the heart of what we do is to contribute to advancing gender equity and the development of

society at large. Our advocacy program is the means through which we translate research and training into action. Through partnerships with other organizations, we focus on bringing awareness to issues with the goal of achieving gender equitable outcomes. Our current drive is to increase the number of women judges on domestic and international tribunals through our partnership with the Gqual Campaign.
